I: you want to be stable, successful, have friendly relations with your boss and your team and get good money.
me: and what is the problem
I: the problem , if you really think you will gain all of this, is you did not learn yet. It is a tradeoff. No gains without pains and nothing for free.
me: but if you ...
I: no exceptions man. you can not balance all the choices and make everyone happy each time. you have to take a real decision, you have to take something and leave the other. Satisfying all people is not the solution, you have to pay to learn how to pay fewer in the next time.
me: you are right, but i feel i can not take a decision, i want my life is simple and i want a quite life with no problems.
I: that is why you have problems
me: ???
I: if you live inside a closed sphere to avoid the cold, you will die from oxigyn lack. if you get out to cold, you may servive.
me: ok,, how i can encourage myself to take hard decisions.
I: it is not easy, you have to pay effort to do. but the good advice is not to use anything else your mind to take decisions (especially your feelings, it is very bad factor in decisions)

I: yes I think we are more than friends, we are twins, do not you ever noticed how our face features are similar :) :P ;)

To improve yourself, you have to admit your mistakes first.

Take care, if your mistakes are repeated, huge and continuous. It is the start of the sad end. You have to recover quickly in this critical section :)

When the offline mesage became online one. When the hits are fast, closed together and focused. When the message is global and sent while all others are present. You have to play and win. If you are not a good player, fold and leave the battle.

When someone told you he will destroy you, feel better. You know your enemy, you know how to deal with him, you know when to atack and when to defend and you know when to run away :)

BUT

When you got an offline message

I mean hitting from the back, entrapments ... etc

You should be confused.

More over, when it is from people you call friends.

You do not know if it is a hit, a fight, a prblem, a missunderstand from you or anything else.
You think many times, all the time, and you got no result.
But do not be upset from yourself,
Offline messages from strangers are your fault but offline messages from your friends are their depravity.

And for safty:
NEVER trust strangers, never feel stable.

Imagination

All brilliant inventions came from imagination not from the lab. I think everyone should have small moments each day for imaginations. Those small moments may help you to compelete the journy. When the right half of the brain works, thel left one works very much better than working alone. Engage your right half, use your pallete or look at the sky and imagine any unbelievable things. Those things may be new inventions in the future.

Note: Do not make the fetal and common mistake and try to live in the dream like "Abbas Ebn Farnas". He paid his life for this mistake but he gave the human beings the idea of flying. If you think the human beings worth to pay your life for, live your dream :)

Failure

Failure is the start point for success. There is no absolute success, the succeess it self is a start point of failure if it is not continuous one.

The past

What you see is what you get. You can not make a new start but you can make a new end. The only one animal that i can play with is the rabbit. I think we like each other and we have many similar c/cs.
